About Our NGO

The Sankalp, is a Charitable Trust established in 1998 under the Societies Registration Act of 1861 to (a) Impart skills and create livelihoods for Women (b) Provide Nutrition to Children and the poorest of poor. (c) Create safe spaces for our Animals who can co exist in the society we live in.

The Sankalp believes basic education and vocational skills lead to economic opportunity, Be that in rural setting or in remote urban corners. We reach the Girl child and Women with an objective to economically empower them and help them break shackles of poverty and oppression.

The Sankalp mission is funded by individual donations and corporate support. Gift receipts are 80G Tax exempt and we provide donors full break down of expense and utilize your gifts in order to maintain complete transparency.
